Although Wild Bites programming is developed and delivered with nutrition expertise, the information provided through the website, programs, resources, or related materials is not intended to replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a physician, Registered Dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional familiar with an individual's circumstances.
Participants should seek appropriate professional advice regarding medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, medications, or other individual health concerns.
In an emergency or where urgent medical attention is required, participants should contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare services.
Food preparation and cooking may involve ingredients that can cause allergic reactions or may not be appropriate for every participant.
Participating organizations, parents, guardians, and participants are responsible for identifying relevant food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, and other individual requirements before preparing or consuming food.
Where possible, Wild Bites may provide general information about substitutions or alternatives; however, participants remain responsible for determining whether particular ingredients or recipes are appropriate for them.
Wild Bites cannot guarantee that foods, ingredients, products, facilities, or participant environments will be free from allergens or cross-contact.
Wild Bites programs may involve food preparation, kitchen utensils, appliances, heat, sharp objects, and other activities that require appropriate care and supervision.
Parents, guardians, caregivers, participating organizations, and other responsible adults must provide appropriate supervision based on a participant's age, ability, and circumstances.
Participants should follow applicable safety instructions and use kitchen equipment only safely and appropriately.
Wild Bites programs encourage family participation.
Children should participate with the level of adult supervision appropriate for their age and the activity. Participation in a virtual program does not mean Wild Bites assumes responsibility for supervising children in their home or other physical location.
Parents, guardians, caregivers, or participating organizations remain responsible for children's safety and supervision during program activities.
Wild Bites may provide participants with physical kits, recipes, educational resources, activity materials, certificates, digital resources, or other program materials.
Unless otherwise stated, materials provided as part of a Wild Bites program are intended for the personal, family, educational, or community use for which they were supplied.
Wild Bites is not responsible for loss, damage, misuse, or improper use of physical program materials after they have been delivered or distributed.
Unless otherwise stated, the Wild Bites name, branding, website content, program materials, written content, graphics, illustrations, recipes, educational resources, photographs, videos, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Wild Bites and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use website content for personal and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, sell, republish, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, or represent Wild Bites materials as your own without prior written permission, except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by Wild Bites.
